| Priscilla Betti was born on August 2, 1989 in Nice, France. At 6, she started dancing, modern-jazz was her favourite dance. Her older sister Sandra was singing in a band. At 8, Priscilla sang Edith Piaf's "Hymne À L'Amour" in front of her family & everyone was impressed by the little girl's voice. In 2000, Priscilla's mother sent her music demos to many TV shows. Priscilla made her first TV show in February 2001, in the TV show "Drôles De Petits Champions". It was a success. Sometime later, she signed to Britney Spears' Jive label ! What a fairytale ! Her first single, "Quand Je Serai Jeune", came out in 2001 & was in French Singles Top 10 during 15 weeks. Her second single, "Cette Vie Nouvelle", French version of Irene Cara's "What A Feeling", was released in Spring 2002. Priscilla released her first album Cette Vie Nouvelle in June 2002. After that, the fairytale continued. From 2008 to 2011, she played Tina in the TV series "Chante", aired on France 2. |
