| Song lyrics |
Who's in bunker, who's in bunker?
Women and children first
Women and children first
Women and children
I'll laugh until my head comes off
I swallow till I burst
Until I burst
Until I..
Who's in bunker, who's in bunker
I've seen too much
I haven't seen enough
You haven't seen enough
I'll laugh until my head comes off
Women and children first
And children first
And children..
Here I'm allowed, everything all of the time
Here I'm allowed, everything all of the time
Ice age coming, ice age coming
Let me hear both sides
Let me hear both sides
Let me hear both..
Ice age coming, ice age coming
Throw me in the fire
Throw me in the fire
Throw me in the..
We're not scaremongering
This is really happening, happening
We're not scaremongering
This is really happening, happening
Mobiles working
Mobiles chirping
Take the money and run
Take the money and run
Take the money..
Here I'm allowed, everything all of the time
The first of the children

Stunning song. The apocalyse-like setting subsumes it all. | 23-02-2005 08:02 Redrum267 | 5 posts

a small correction to "here im allowed..."
Thom is saying, "here, im alive...everything all of the time"
PS. my opinion on this song has alot to do with the Holocaust...if you guys read carefully the lyrics to this song, he mentions "women and the children first..." which reminds me of Hitler. Also, he mentions bunkers...which are hideouts. what he could mean guys? start diggin!? | 06-03-2005 15:57 Gania07 | 4 posts

There's something about Thom that just magnifies every piece of work he creates; he gives it all a deeper meaning, just by that little something extra in his voice, truly amazing.

The best post OK Computer Radiohead song. Nice irony in the beat and fresh yet doom laden lyrics. See it live, see the most peculiar dancing you will ever see an alternative English band do | 15-04-2006 11:53 surrealdelirium | 79 posts
