I have to say, this is probably my new favourite Rammstein song, especially after listening to the live version.
For those wondering what the lyrics are about, it's about a man who's girlfriend used to play the piano for him and promised to stay there with him forever, but in a rage he killed her. He hid her body in the room with the piano for years and now he's going back into the room and sits down to play the piano. When she used to play, he would hold his breath and now when he plays.. she doesn't breathe.
