Stupid discriminating policeguy. It might have been the way I look... I hate the policeguy. I don't see why they gotta have DARE when kids pretty much know from early adolescence what they're gonna do (at least for a few years) [topic=] Anyway. This song rocks. I was singing it in English one day AT THE TOP OF MY LUNGS & everyone was looking at me. That might've been the same day I burped in the middle of the teacher's sentence. Hahaha Down with DARE!

Me and my friend Amanda walk around and sing this all the time, and we plan to make shirts that say "I Wanna Be Sedated" on the front and "The Ramones" on the back! The point of this song--- This song was written because the Ramones were at a show, they were playing and then some of the equiptment kinda blew up in one of the guy's faces(either Joey or Johnny, can't remember, I think Joey). He got burnt pretty bad and everybody wanted to get him to the hospital, but he wouldn't leave until they finished the show. As soon as it was over, they rushed him to the hospital. "Just get me in a wheelchair, put me on a plane, Hurry, Hurry, Hurry, before I go insane" That's where the song came from, well that's at least what Johnny said. *-Megan*-
