I listened to it the whole way through, and when I got to 'Skin' I cried and cried. They did a wonderful job with a song that covers such serious subject material. The song and album are both wonderful! Kudos to Rascal Flatts!

It is sad but it tells a good story, also the first time I heard it I heard the version made for the Saint Judes Hospital and one of my closest friends little brothers was treated there. I am greatful to them for that. It is a wonderful song!

42 posts	rhythm melody instruments lyrics vocal wow, this song brings back horrible memories.. my good friend michelle got brain cancer in grade six and lost all of her hair, became skinnier than a stick, and was white as a ghost. she had to give up playing sports.. her favourite thing to do. fortunately she made it through, and shes one of the most beautiful girls i have ever seen and i dont know what i'd do without her! her mom now has breast cancer.. and we all pray for her constantly. this song is soo sad, its terrible knowing that this actually happens in real life and you never know how depressing it is until you actually go through it. this song is amazing, and if anyone says they hate it.. well they can go fuck a dog for all i care. absolutely AMAZING song.

11 posts	rhythm melody instruments lyrics vocal this song is so sad. i wanna cry whenever i hear on the radio but im in my car and i dont wanna cry with my family in there. this song to reminds me of someone, 2 ppl actually. my sisters friend who had leukimia and lost her hair. sadly she died last year at only 14 or 15. and then theres this girl that i went to school with who had some cancer and also lost her hair and she sadly died too-probably only like 7 years old. everytime i hear this song, it always touches me, although it doesnt when my uncle sings it at karoke nights cause he doesnt sing it that good, or not as good as rascal flatts. well good job rascall flatts for this beautiful and happy(at the end) song

It's such a sweet song, I mean, you hear stories with stuff like this all the time, but you never hear a song! The vocals and words in this song gave me goosebumps. I didn't cry, but I can tell you I got VERY close. What an excellent song and a great job by Rascal Flatts! <3<3<3
