Razorlight on tour in March

The popo/rock band, known for their singles "Before I Fall To Pieces" & "America", hasn't been imposed yet in France. Will Razorlight's single "Wire To Wire", chosen as the soundtrack of the film "Largo Winch" be successful ? The band will tour in France in March.

Razorlight is a British band, founded in 2002 by Johnny Borrell, former Libertines bassist. In 2006, the band performed before The Rolling Stones at the Stade De France, then during Muse's French tour. Despite the efficient singles "Before I Fall To Pieces" & "America" (N°22 in 2007), the band hasn't been imposed in France yet.

Formed by English & Swedish musicians, the band's got a British sound with Scandinavian songwriting. Simple melodies, easy & harmonic vocals, slow drums & repetitive music : Razorlight's dark ideas become enchanting pop/rock songs.

The new single "Wire To Wire", from their new album Slipway Fires, has been chosen to be the soundtrack of the forthcoming film "Largo Winch", with Tomer Sisley & Benjamin Siksou. Let's bet they'll have their first hit in this country.

Razorlight will perform in France, on March 4 in Nantes & the following day in Lille.
