| Yeah, Mr_PoP is right. Dulce has a bad English and that is kind of not funny! She is my favorite of all the RBD members. Christian on the other hand has a great English, you wouldn't say that he is Spanish (listen to "Tu Amor")! Still i think "I Wanna Be the Rain" should be first single in Europe, as they are releasing it here in Europe in March 2007. The track isn't that bad English like "Happy Worst Day" or "Keep It Down Low" and is superbeautiful. I think it's their #2 best ballad ever (nothing can top "Sálvame").
About the album self I'd say they shouldn't have let people translate "Nuestro Amor" into "This Is Love". The chorus sounds kind of child-ish now:
Is it love? It is love! // This is love and you can’t break it // It is love, only love // This is love and you can’t mistake it // This is love
I think it would've been better to 'translate' "Una Canción" or "Tras de Mí" from Nuestro Amor or "Otro Día Que Va" from Rebelde. This last song is still one of my favorite songs by them so I'd really like that. Besides that i love "Connected", the translation version of "Tenerte y Quererte". I knew that if they did that song in English, I'd sound great and it does. SO great I think it could be released as a single worldwide AND be succesful! |
