Red Hot Chili Peppers' Charity EventRed Hot Chili Peppers and Pearl Jam’s Eddie Veder are amongst the acts set to perform at the third annual Hullabaloo.

The event was co-founded by Flea from the Chili Peppers and raises money for the Silverlake Conservatory of Music.

The funds go towards scholarships to hundreds of low-income students whose families cannot afford instruments and/or lessons.

Taking place at the Henry Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles on May 5, it also features appearances from Woody Harrelson, Charlie Haden, Magician Rob Zabrecky and many others. Tickets go on sale from Saturday, April 21.
