Jumping around to your favorite song just seems necessary in the summer. So once you've memorized all the Panic! at the Disco lyrics, switch over to this new Florida-based quintet. The guys are cute, too, in that dirty long-haired rockstar way--which is currently making them a hit on the Vans' Warped Tour.
Their first single, "Face Down," provides the perfect fist-pumping beat, with fast drums and a Nintendo-sounding electric guitar. Listen closely to the lyrics and you'll realize the band is actually singing about domestic violence, scolding the abusive guy and congratulating the girl on starting a new life without him. And here we thought only acoustic singer-songwriters could steal our hearts. We're jumping on this bandwagon now.
