Reead - Biography

Since the release of his first two singles "Rewind" in 2006 and "Brother" in 2007, Reead has moved from one project to another. He is now on the verge of releasing a new album made from his own image: both unpredictable and passionate.
Reead started his musical career at the age of 14, when he co-hosted a radio show. Behind the microphone, he didn’t hesitate to proclaim his convictions against censorship.
Engaged, he knew what he wanted : to make himself heard through music. His arrival in Paris marked a decisive turn in his career where he surrounded himself by a team of personalities and professionals, all seduced by his determination, talent, and desire to succeed. Each offered his expertise and the result is forthcoming: from one single to another, the first album takes shape. The production is rich, surprising, and the artist opens himself up, talking about his pain, his heartbreaks, and his passion.
Emerging artist on the electro-pop scene, Reead has already convinced a number of amateur artists on the international and national electronic music scene of his talent with his first two singles. "Rewind" was an official selection at the Winter Music Conference in 2007 and reached 11th place on the Dutch buzz charts. "Brother" was 20th on the list of Coolcut Charts in the United Kingdom.
Only 26 years old, Reead is ready to conquer the planet with his third single, "Baby" where the brand ENERGIE dressed him for its promotion. In this single, he has merged guitar and keyboard in a rhythmic masterpiece that will delight those nostalgic for music clubs of the 1980s.
His first album has been released on September 11, 2008. |
