Song lyrics
He's chosen my attic
I feel it in the static
He lives in my basement
And I can hardly face it
My performance is easy
I am the god of romance
And in my confusion
I have the right to reign

He's stolen my Oscars
He trades on my jokes
He makes all my engines go oh oh oh
He put an "e" in the arsenal
A comb in my 'fro
Devine retribution
And away we will go
Hey hey hey hey

Something's happening I can feel it
Moving out of time you'll hear it
Falling in the way you fear it
Jumping thumping shout out something
Jumping thumping shout out something

Listen to the radio
And you will hear the songs you know
Make it effervescent here
And you might have a job my dear

I'm searching for something
Beyond my understanding
Looking for meaning
Where nothing is demanding
There are no surprises
Where nothing is expected
If you offer nothing
Then everyone accepts

He's stolen my Oscars
He trades on my jokes
He makes all my engines go oh oh oh
He put an "e" in the arsenal
A comb in my 'fro
Devine retribution
And away we will go
Hey hey hey hey

Something's happening I can feel it
Moving out of time you'll hear it
Falling in the way you fear it
Jumping thumping shout out something
Jumping thumping shout out something

Listen to the radio
And you will hear the songs you know
Make it effervescent here
And you might have a job my dear, my dear
Ouch

Weird indeed. Ole Robbie has changed the way he sings, hopefully it's just for this song.... it seems to me that he's deliberately singing with a much deeper voice.

It's a grower this song.

hmm....i'm not entirely sure i like this....if it is about Guy Chambers, then he's falled really short of what he used to be, 'cos Karma Killer was far, far better than that...meh, it'll probably grow on me

I Love Robbie but I don't know if i like it or not really coz with everything happening in the video its hard to concentrate on the song. Is this off a new album?! Coz if it is then I would buy the album anyway because if you look at the style of Feel which he released off Escapology, the album didnt look very good judging by that one song but you bought the album and it was a totally different style. But I will always think that Sing When You're Winning is the best album. but yea I think

I have been following Robbies career since take that, and i would say that he has developed a lot since then. Hopefully nobody disagrees with that...
I think that this song shows that he has grown. I prefer the swing album, but this song is awsome as well...

It's more than a bit weird it's fucking weird. I can't stand this song it's the worst song he has come out with since he signed that 80 million pound contract. It is not the way he really sings and he has really let himself down. His other songs which I don't like are still better because he
sings properly.

Robbie keeps his image fresh by re-inventing himself with every new albumn and I kinda respect that, but this song is a bad make over!!! It's not a bad song but it doesn't suit gorgeous Robbie!
The cheerleaders in the video are scary... xx
