Robin Gibb, a Bee Gees member, is fighting against the illness. The singer has liver cancer & is currently in hospital. A bad news for the band whose member Maurice Gibb died in 2003.

Robin Gibb, 61 years old, is currently in hospital. One of the Bee Gees is fighting against liver cancer. To support him, his mother Barbara & his brother Barry flew from the United States to England. They visited him & said that "he wasn't fine" but he "continues fighting thanks to the force his family gave him".

The Gibbs already lost 2 sons, Andy & Maurice. After the latter's death, the band split, Robin & Barry said that the band couldn't continue without him. However, the band reformed for some events, like in Miami in 2006. Robin said to the "Daily Mail" that a biopic was about to be directed by Steven Spielberg.

Bee Gees : a mythic band, pop & also disco, known for their hits "You Should Be Dancing" & "How Deep Is Your Love". But "Stayin' Alive" remains the trio's biggest hit, with John Travolta in "Saturday Night Fever".
