New single, Let It Be Me

 After "City Of New Orleans", Roch Voisine sent to radios the second single from his album Americana, released in August : listen to a short clip of "Let It Be Me".
More romantic than Garou, younger than Robert Charlebois, sexier than Cowboys Fringants & more viril than Isabelle Boulay, the Canadian Roch Voisine plays guitar, shows his amusing smile on French TV for more than 15 years. In 1989, every girl named Hélène was sung by the crooner, a former hockey player. The single & the album got successful & the singer got a Victoire De La Musique for "Male Artist" in 1990. "Rochmania" started.
After a short failure in the late 90's, Roch Voisine came back in 2003 with the ballad "Tant Pis" (N°8 in March 2004). His new country album Americana, covering American standards, entered N°3 in French charts in August.
After "City Of New Orleans", the singer sent a second single to radios, "Let It Be Me". "For this new album, I've been looking for country songs which were adapted in French... Looking for this, I found one French song which has been adapted in English : Gilbert Bécaud's "Je T'Appartiens" has become "Let It Be Me" by Everly Brothers" he said to the magazine "Platine".
