53 posts	The OC ain't the best show in the world and it was on there.. i love rooney, but if people start listening to them just cause they heard them on the oc.. its like they are just doing it cause adam, ben, mischa, and that other chick said too, completely absurd... and anyways, they even mention Death Cab For Cutie, i wonder if they know who they are?

Yeah, it's a weird song, I love it anyway though, it's so cute!!!! "I've forgotten what it feels like, to feel normal, to be normal" Maybe he's taken case is a little more to the extreme because he's having nightmares & stuff all through the song. 23 posts	i kinda like this song but not as much as some of the others on the CD. but like i said on one of the other discussion boards for their songs they sound so much better live and i think this song is better live. but i dont think i could ever figure out what it means. it could be like one of those pshyco weezer songs that sounds like it doesnt mean anything important and it has a deep meaning hidden beneath the surface im just not gonna go digging for it. oh yeah and 4 all u peeps who say the OC is the bestest show ever!! i disagree and if u heard about rooney on there i think its kinda stupid i mean i was good pubicity for them but if u only like them b/c they were on that show thats pretty shallow and u need to get ur priorities straight... and i'll be going now!

I've heard lots of Rooney-fans saying that if you only like Rooney because they were on the OC, then you're not real fans. I must admit that I agree. BUT if you saw them on the OC, checked them out and liked their other music too, and not just because they were on the show, but because their music is awesome, then I'd consider you a real fan.

67 posts	rooney is such a good band Just because people say that they heard this song on the OC and they liked it, doesn't mean they can't be true fans? If this is the only they heard and you claim you're obsessed with them, then I get where you're coming from. But that's how alot of people were introduced to Rooney, not everyone is a die-hard fan, but just a fan of their music..so i don't get why it really matters where they heard it, since it is a good band.

1,757 posts	It matters because it's friggin' annoying when lots of teenyboppers are going around saying "Omg, we love Rooney! They're so good-looking!" and they don't even know any of the words for I'm Shakin' apart from "I'm sh-sh-shakin'", let alone any of their other songs, and claiming that they are the biggest fans they band has ever had. Of course it's not a competition about being the biggest fan, but when you do stuff like that, you're only making yourself out to be stupid (maybe even more stupid than you actually are?) and you can't seriously expect to be respected by "real" fans.

1,757 posts	On their site, you can buy different shirts.. They vost 19,95 $ =/ I can't buy them, because it would cost a LOT to send them to Norway.. But I finally convince my dad into letting me order their album, so I'm happy. I'll order their second one too, once it's out and play.com has it.
