This is a really good song.
Really catchy.
I don't quite get the lyrics... they're quite confusing... but besides that the song is a good quality song and is worth a listen.

I think the tune has a very good variety and is recognizable, but lacks a feeling of getting both a slow song and an upbeat song. I think it would have been better to bring more of the band into the song and plenty of opportunities were open to do this. |

this song is ridiculously overplayed
and every freakin girl at my school knows the lyrics to the entire song
(one person even sang it for the talent show...which should'nt even be considered talent in the first place since a lot of girls can sing this)

the rythm in this song is crap. its just the same the whole time, no variation what so ever. She thought of a good melody (thats if she even wrote it) because its the kinda song that when you hear, you can't help but hum it (like when your in the supermarket and it comes on lol), no matte how much you hate it. Instruments, very basic, she did not explore at all into what the instruments can actually do - its like her other song, they sound the same. Lyrics are crap as. it reminds me of opera of she sings the most stupid and simple things like singing "i heard a knock on the door! i wonder who it is!! i shall go and answer and find out!" and her voice, she can sing, but she doesn't use it much. there is a very limited range that she sings in and its like shes not wanting to be great by exploring more.
I think shes better suited for singing in musicals like Hair onstage rather than the music industry. The only way she's surviving at the moment is because of the teeny boppers who love this kind of music. she won't last though. very boring all in all  |

whats with theones above that??? how can you think she's great? you really don't know music if you think Sara Bareilles is great...
I suggest you try bands like Led Zeppelin and Rage Against the Machine and Alexisonfire. |

This song has a good topic... even though it sounds like she made it up in a couple of minutes. Still, it's catchy and it's hummable.
If you hate a song, fine, you do. However, at least tell us why you do and back it up with a reason. You're not helping anyone out if you just say the song sucks. |
