it is sung in a made up language that sounds similar to icelandic, which of course wud be very hard to tell, considering the amount of people in here who probly dont speak icelandic. but this song is not actually sung in icelandic, none of their songs are. the title 'svefn-g-englar' is actually a play on words in icelandic. btw... their latest song 'glosoli'... if you know the meaning of 'glosoli' or 'glosoalia' it in fact means 'a faux language created similarly to an existing language to sound like this language, when in fact it is not that language' so theres some interesting information. |
