| Yer, Daniel Johns, the lead singer, wrote this song about anorexia, whilst he was suffering the disease himself. He suffered from anorexia for a while, Im not sure how long, but he was admitted to hospital I think
"Ana" refers to anorexia, there is a line in the lyrics that goes like this:
'Ana wrecks you life like an anorexia life'
In the film clip, you should notice also that he is in a wheelchair because he was so badly affected by anorexia when he had it

| The song is really touching and just knowing that he has gone through this all makes it more touching cause he just isnt writting a song about what ever, he is writting what he has gone through and he knows what its like.
