Soul Intent is the third self-titled EP by American rap group Soul Intent, a group who features American rapper Eminem. Released only on cassette tape on February 25, 1995 via Mashin' Duck Records, the EP was not made available commercially.

At the time of its release, Eminem was still known under his original stage name of "M&M". A year after the release of Soul Intent, Eminem released his debut solo album, "Infinite". The EP only contains two different tracks, but includes a total of five different versions

In summer of 2009, Chaos Kid set up a MySpace page with tracks 1, 2 and 4 available for free download. They have since been removed off MySpace, but remain on YouTube.

The track "Soul Intent" can be viewed live on YouTube, often mistaken as "What's Your Intent." Chaos Kid confirmed the correct song title in a letter he wrote to Eminem, quoting the lyrics. There are also some who claim that the demo song "Crackers 'N Cheese" is actually "One-Handed Juggler", but there is no evidence.
