What has Mickels become ?

 Remember him ? He's the latest winner of "Star Academy", last year on TF1. Mickels Réa signed to record & release his first album : 6 months later, what happened ?
In an interview from "Télé Loisirs", "Star Academy" eighth season winner said that his first pop/rock album, helped by his band Rive Despleen, will be released in October. "I earned 100,000 € before the recording. The other 400,000 € will be given later. I'm sure my album will be released. I wonder if it'll be successful... The audience will decide."
After the failures of Magalie Vaé & Cyril Cinélu, & only 38,000 copies sold for Quentin Mosimann's first album (50,000 with Belgium & Switzerland), all from the same programme, let's cross fingers for the young boy from Ardennes...
With 52,2% of votes, Mickels Réa, a boy from Charleville-Mézières, was the winner of "Star Academy" eighth season against Alice Raucoules, in December 2008. Pupil during 3 years at Alice Dona's studios, Mickels Réa isn't a beginner : in 2003, he was part of the cast of the musical "Les Enfants Du Soleil", created by Alexandre Arcady & Didier Barbelivien, & the winner's father is the leader of a recording studio in Paris.
Also, chosen to perform in the opera "Pastorale", in June 2009 at Paris' Théâtre du Châtelet, the singer won't play in it, but there'll be Hoda Nekra (Star Academy 4) & Raphaëlle Dess (Nouvelle Star 5).
