Never before was a rockband created on Dutch television. In the fall of 2008 RTL5 took the challenge with the program 'Rock Nation'. And that was quite a shocker in the Rock Industry. The result? The band STEREO.
What is Rock Nation? Rock Nation is the quest of manager Edwin Jansen and musical partner Dennis Weening. They've been searching across the entire nation for 20 music-talents. Four singers, guitarists, key players, bassguitar players and drummers were carefully collected by the two. They 20 musicians were put together in a house in The Hague. After 8 musical weeks, several assignments and gigs in different formats the band was brought together and they called themselves STEREO.
Their first single is called 'Unexpected' which you can buy on november 14.
