Though I respect religion, I would not consider myself a religious person so to me this song is about love, and for others it is about God. It's amazing how we can all relate to this song in some way. This song is so personal to me because it reminds me so much of a past relationship....the song almost brings me to tears everytime i listen to it.  |

1 posts | rhythm melody instruments lyrics vocal it's funny. i'm from london and during the weekend i was in new york. while i was in new york i wnated 2 buy the switchfoot album because i had heard some of their songs and loved them. i went to a cd store and was looking around for ages in the rock section for the ablum. i just couldn't find it any where so in the end i had to ask and to my surprise they said o yeah its in the christian section. i had no idea they music was based around religion. When i listen to the lyrics i feel that it gives many different messages. but i think its brilliant that a bad can do that in such a powerful way!! i realli repect them for that.  |
