Concert in France this summer

 Listening to Syd Matters is melancholy taking you forward. It's a celestial music, out of time... Discover the band's universe with their new video, "Everything Else".
Syd Matters is a band led by French musician Jonathan Morali. He was the first winner of the contest CQFD, organised by the magazine "Les Inrockuptibles", which also revealed Joseph D'Anvers, Stuck In The Sound & Spleen.
The French band's first album A Whisper And A Sigh was recorded during summer 2002 & released in 2003 (the band also composed the soundtrack for Nicolas Klotz's film "La Question Humaine"). In April 2005, they released the album Someday We Will Foresee Obstacles. Between folk & melancholic pop, their music melts slow melodies with acoustic instruments. Their third album named Ghost Days was released in January 2008, folker than the previous ones. Influences can be noticed, Radiohead mostly... Warm or decadent strings, Syd Matters multiplies inventions to put gold on their music.
Also, the band is on tour in France this summer, from Dunkerque to Dijon.
