this song is about the Armenian Genocide. in 1915, a group called the Young Turks (Ittihad ve Terakki Jemiyeti if you want it in turkish) killed 1.5 Armenians. it was just like the holocaust. if you read the lyrics for Armenian of a Down, that talks about it too. The reason SOAD sings about this, is that they are all Armenian, so their families and ancestors were directly affected by it. thats why the kid at the top of the page says f*** turkey. i agree. DOWN WITH ITTIHAD VE TERAKKI JEMIYETI!
