226 posts	this is very true the new taking back sunday and old taking back sunday are very different, i think i like the old taking back sunday better, because the lyrics are better, and the singing is better, it was just better with john, the new singer had a lot of slack to take up when he came to the band, and he did a good job trying to be as good as john, so i do like the new taking back sunday to

67 posts	I love Taking Back Sunday, but of course, who doesn't. This album is completely different to their old album and when they were underground, nothing can beat the old material but I do like the new album, just going to take awhile to get used too..but anywho, taking back sunday rules and no matter how popular they become, they'll be the best.

26 posts	I don't like the new stuff as much as the old album as well. And just so every one knows, the lead singer did not change. I think the music/ sound on their new album is great, but I think their lyrical style is just not the same and not as good. John Nolan contributed a big part to the style and I miss it =\ Anyways, the new album isnt as "fun" as the old one, it does take a little while to get used to, but you'll end up liking it =) * offtopic : I must say though, the song that has the line "Really gotta had it to you" makes absolutely no sense to me. Maybe I'll just have to listen to it more.

51 posts	I think the songs Lost And Found and Eleven were on a demo... I'm not sure. But anyways, if you can find the demo then you have the songs! Probably better to just listen to them online. This song is very, very good. And the person that said the line, "Really got to had it to you." Did you mean to type, "had" because the line is "hand." "Really gotta hand it to you." I don't know if that was the confusion, or just a typo. Either way TBS ROCKS!

26 posts	Yep, typo I meant hand hehe. I think I kinda figured out their cover slip lyrics list thing. If you read the cover slip and then listen to the song it makes alot of sense and you get a better feeling about what the song is about. I think the lyrics in the cover slip are what they wrote down while making the song, and they left out the editting you know? I actually really like the way they put the lyrics into their cover slips compared to other bands. Anyways. Yay Taking Back Sunday(' ')

The lyrics repeat themselves way too much. Even if that is TBS's style, they used it way too much on this album. How can you people not get sick of listening to "Well I never made a scene. I didn't have to, I didn't have to"? I was disappointed by this album and hope they return to the good old stuff.

692 posts	ya they are getting popular. here in Toronto, they were supposed to have a show on the 14th of November and it sold out so now there is one on the 13th as well. but its good because now i can try and go to the one on the 13th.
