I mean its kinf of selfish if you want to be their only fan because then they wouldnt make and money or anything and they want thier music to be heard so its good that their getting ti across but maybe its easier for me to say that because in Canada their not as popular...hmm not sure but they rock

In Taking Back Sunday's case, they didn't do anything to advertise their band more than they usually would. I know it sucks that all the quote-unquote "posers", as some might call them, know about them and say "TBS ROCKS" when they probably don't know more than one song, but that doesn't mean that TBS sold out in any way, it's not their fault. They're just continuing to make great music and shouldn't be called sell outs for that.

3 posts	rhythm melody instruments lyrics vocal i saw TBS at warped in san fran a couple days ago...and they rocked the stage and the crowd, thier crowd was soo intense.... ill post pics up on my xanga at www.xanga.com/buriedalivebylove...so check it out if you wanna see the pics i took. and i agree with what most people said above, and just bc TBS is now known by soo many people now...i dont think that ,they now suck....jsut bc alot of people listen to them now, just means they are a kickass band...is that soo bad??? no i dotn think so....i loved TBS when they first came out....and i love them still....TBS-rock on forever...

3,369 posts	This song is my favourite on the album. I've gradually grown bored of the released songs even thou they were the ones that got me into TBS. And as for the sell out thing, their material before 'Tell all your Friends' is great, and so is the Brand New stuff. Just chill and enjoy their sound.

I never really looked into it, but a couple months ago, I looked through the lyrics and noticed alot of things I never really heard. And I when I played the song then I could tell how, I don't know, well written the song was. And how emotional it really was... I just really love the song, it's great. And TBS is getting more and more popular, but only because they're so awesome. Nothing you can do about it hun. If you're gonna be jealous and complain, might as well move on to another band that's just starting out and starting out small or something. Just quit fucking complaining basically.
