 Jean-Louis Aubert recently said he had nothing against Téléphone's come-back & negotiations are currently going, but there's a problem... With Corinne Marienneau ?
Téléphone was one of the greatest French rock bands in the 80's, with Noir Désir starting in the end of that decade... From 1978 with "Métro C'Est Trop" to 1985 with "Le Jour S'Est Levé" & "Hygiaphone", "Ca C'Est Vraiment Toi", "Cendrillon", "New York Avec Toi" & "Un Autre Monde", so many hits remaining through generations.
Whereas Richard Kolinka & Corinne Marienneau weren't successful as solo acts, Louis Bertignac got 2 hits, "Ces Idées-Là" (N°13 in 1987) & "Jack" with his band Les Visiteurs & he produced Carla Bruni's album Quelqu'Un M'A Dit. For 20 years, Jean-Louis Aubert has got 6 hits : "Locataire", "Voilà C'Est Fini", "Temps À Nouveau" (N°34 in 1993), "Alter Ego" (N°31 in 2001), "Sur La Route" with Raphaël (N°29 in 2003) & "Parle-Moi" (N°29 in 2005)... French fans of the rock band could be glad, about this come-back. "It's not a rumour anymore, I was OK but I want to do this in pleasure... Richard has been with me for years. Louis is not so far away. When we are together, we play & it's magic. With Corinne, it's more complicated" Jean-Louis Aubert recently said. To be continued...
Also, Jean-Louis Aubert is currently on tour with "Un Tour Sur Moi-Même", singing his own songs only with his acoustic guitar. He will perform at Paris' Palais Des Sports on June 20.
