WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT???? Ok, the song starts out with john in 3/4 time and ringo in in 4/4 time offset so it sounds like John's playing triplets. Ok, granted it sounds a little off, but it's suppose to. Then the song just finds a groove thats outstanding, with such a great rocking riff thats typically john in so many ways, driving and too the point. This song is pure Beatles. Here's how:
The Beatles "could" have been The Backstreet Boys or N'Sync. They didn't. You know why? It's because they made songs like these. Songs that had no meaning except to make the listener go crazy with pure delight. Thsi songs gets you up. The Beatles, unlike the Backstreet Boys, were different, because that's what made them true. Ain't no body ever gonna say they're the next Bealtles. Who sings about a monkey? WHO DOES?
