New Album For The Devil Wears Prada

 In the first months of 2009, the band entered the studio with producer Joey Sturgis to record their 3rd full length album. Their music is equal parts slithering metal riffage meshed with plush rock, passages, peppered with a barrage of synthsounds and harsh to melodic vocals.
The album is set to be released on May 5, 2009 through Ferret Music.[2] On their "Sweet Brag Tour," the band offered a download card for the songs "Dez Moines" and "Assistant to the Regional Manager".[4] With Roots Above and Branches Below will be released in both a standard CD version, and a deluxe CD/DVD version, with the full length CD, and the DVD that contains a making of the album that was featured on their myspace. There are some clips that were deleted from the clips on their myspace that are featured in the DVD.
The albums song "Dez Moines" will be available as a free download on Guitar Hero: World Tour on May 7th. |
