| yeah... this is the best song on the album, other than "brand new colony'. if you guys like death cab too you should check out "we looked like giants" on Transatlanticism and "blacking out the friction" on The Photo Album. |

| I can totally relate to this one. The first time I fell in love the feeling wasn't returned with the same fervor, and like a fool, I demanded reasoning, logic, and practical explaination, as if it were an objective theory as opposed to a gut feeling which is of course inexplicable in nature. The satirical section where she claims to have prepared charts, graphs, and a lecture really hit home, and remind me just how unfair I was to her. I'm sorry Amy. |

On another note 
i didn't know anybody else actually liked them. that's awesome.
my favorite song off the cd is clark gable. but this one's good too.

ok yeah to whoever called the postal service emo  whats with that they are nowhere near emo they are only extasy but don't worry  we still love you. everyone makes mistakes. I went on a postal spree this summer and made sure everyone I know listened to them and I didn't meet one person who now doesn't love them thats how great they are. plus it's the perfect music to sleep to. I can't pick a favorite but if I had to I would probably have to go with nothing better just because of when the girl comes in who is she I have to meet her amazing voice the first time I heard it i almost cried. and I just have to say sleeping in, the district sleeps alone and clarck gable are awsome who's with me on this! sry emo dude but  get it right! oh and benjamin Gibbard  (thats the guy who does this and death cab, plus he's a solo artist um yeah) |

the guy from postal service is able to do both postal service and death cab for cutie(excellent band, check our passenger seat and expo 86) because with postal service he just adds his voice to the tracks and alters them as he sees fit. its just the two guys in postal, the singer and the electronic guy... its ill |

The Postal Service is technically electronic...most of their songs are excellent. However, Death Cab is definitely emo...sorry kids. I'm not too much of a Death Cab fan, personally I think they're generic emo made for kids who're angry at their parents, but hey whatever floats your boat. |
