201 posts | I think greedo88 doesn't have a point there. Of course the songs sound the same 'till some limit because of the style. But when you listen to the album it has very different melodies, rhytms and everything. You can't possibly think Automatic stop would be 12:51. No way. x) I got your point but isn't it so that every band has their own ways doing things and it is possible to notice it from their songs.

86 posts | has nobody noticed that on listening to this album, all of the songs are virtually impossible to tell apart from each other? 12:51 may as well be called automatic stop and not many people would realise... the song is actually quite good, but the album is almost the same song played however many times. i like the lo-fi feel of the songs, and the vocals sound quite good, but the melody is completely unoriginal and quickly gets boring. |

1 posts | This song rocks just like the Strokes do. I went to go see them in concert for my b-day last december, God did they rock the only thing is that the between songs Julian kept wondering off to grab a drink and have a bit of a smoke.
I also think that Julian Casablinca is cute, in fact he's acually HOT!  |
