 3 posts | This album was a sleeper that should have been a sleeper-hit. I was a big fan of their first album, but wasn't as moved by Blue. Eventually, I warmed up to many of Blue's tracks that hadn't caught me on first listen. I felt that Out of the Vein was a blend of the two phenomenon. It had some tracks that caught immediately like "Blinded" and "Faster" while others like "Danger" and "My Hit and Run" lingered before pulling in my attention. It gives the album layers and leaves you coming back to look for things you didn't find the first time.
It's a great listen, I highly recommend anyone give it a listen and some time. |
