Timbaland presents OneRepublic

 2007 will be Timbaland's year ! After having produced Timberlake & Furtado's albums, and done 2 hits with "Give It To Me" & "The Way I Are", here comes "Apologize" with the band OneRepublic.
This is the contrary of what we thought : OneRepublic is not featuring on Timbaland's song, but the contrary. Third single from his album Shock Value, the song already existed in a pop/rock version arranged by OneRepublic.
Crated in 2004, this American band from Colorado has been working with Timbaland for months. Interested in the song "Apologize", he decided to remix it and, instead of covering it himself, he invited the band. Timbaland's version recalls Nelly Furtado's hit "Say It Right", erasing unnecessary arrangements and adding his own beats.
So, the single was N°1 in the States & in New Zealand, N°4 in England, and the hit is still going on... It has been chosen to be the American producer's third single in France. So has it in Germany, where the single will be the theme song from Till Schweiger's film "Keinohrhasen", currently played in cinemas over there.
On November 20, OneRepublic's album Dreaming Out Loud will be released, produced on... Timbaland's label.
