And Toby Keith I know he's a very patriotic guy but now all of his songs since 9/11 seem to be about America, he's a great singer and I'm just waiting to hear other songs buy him that are funny like 'Wanna talk about Me' or not be about America. HaHa

6 posts	rhythm melody instruments lyrics vocal I like dis song cuz its bout da army n i luv da army and ya, but it kinda also makes me realize that being in the army is a tougher job then i thought but no matter wat its what im gunna do my great uincle died in the army and i know many ppl whos fathers n uncles and brothers are in the army and its hard for them but they also realize that its one of the best things in the world to do because they are out their protecting us and giving us freedom. and the sad thing is you can go up to ppl in the streets and 7 outta 10 of 'em wont even care bout wat they are doing or the fact that they are in war or the fact that many ppl are losing family members so that WE can have freedom and liberty in america.

He showed us that it's a tough job to serve in the military and hopefully that makes us appreciate them a little more. Yeah people say that Toby is getting too patriotic but SO there's nothing wrong with loving your country, besides you can never be too patriotic! Keep on rockin' Toby!

I hate his voice..and what he said about the dixie chicks was completely uncalled for.. I hate his music..all of it.. it would be okay if he actually had talent.

55 posts	I love this song- but it makes me cry - cuz my only brother is in the army... n right now hes over in Iraq/ Kuwait n he wont be back 4 like another year!!! n i swear 2 God if he dies ova there im gonna get on a plane n go over there n kill whoever killed him- cuz hes my only brother n i care about him more than almost nebody in the world!!!

2 posts	This is an amazing song, and I'm so glad to read other posts that people are saying they are realizing how hard it is to be an American soldier. I never realized it till I married an American soldier and trust me its so hard. My husband is in Afghanistan and to be honest and not because i'm his wife.. but this song fits him perfectly. He is the most amazing man anybody could ever meet and he takes his job in teh Army as seriously as the song says. Worst part of the job, he'll miss the birth of our first child. i have so much respect for every Soldier and their family.... they're all great ppl!

He likes Toby Keith's music as much as I do It's so nice to have a country music singer who is not afraid to show how much they love their country!

My husband is in the army and served 11 months over in Iraq and this song accurately displays exactly what our soldiers do and go through. Everytime I see the video and makes me cry. and makes me so proud of my husband and all of our soldiers.

85 posts	i think toby keith's purpose in this song is to show people how dedicated and brave our troops are and how they are willing to make those sacrifices for freedom. my boyfriend is a marine and i know that this song helps him to remember that he is out there fighting for the future of america when times get tough and he longs to be home. God bless all our troops and veterans, and thank you to those who have served or are serving!

Cuz 14 year olds can't be in the military Anyway, I love this song> A few people close to me are in the army so hearing this always makes me think of them. And about what all soldiers are doing for us everyday. Alot of respect for them and for this song.
