I think that this song is very original and is very beautiful - I don't really understand it's meaning, but I love the music in the song, especially the part in the end and between the first and second verses, where the music is smooth. Maynerd's voice is very calm in the verses, but becomes more loud at the chorus, which kinda ruins it... This song has repeatative parts, but IMHO it's a good song, very original, dark on most parts, smooth etc.

I've known this song for a long time. And I've always liked it. Just like a month ago I figured out TOOL sung it and just now I figured out the name. Damn that took forever! I went through their list of songs and I just clicked on Sober and poof here it is. This song rocks! I think it means he was a drunk so someone left him and now hes asking to start over.
