| Well if people knew about Mudhoney they would realize that Nirvana has little to do with grunge at all. A lot of people don't even consider Nirvana to be a grunge band. Nirvana took their type of music, which essentially was an offshoot of punk, and made it mainstream. Mudhoney arguably the very first grunge band. They were even the ones to come up with the name 'grunge' in the first place. As for the murder/suicide thing, just think about it. if no one had seen him for weeks, how could anyone find him to even get the chance to shoot him? | | 05-11-2006 23:59 FreeSociety101 |

| it was thought that the first grunge band was actually green river....
but anyway nirvana is my favorite band of all time...in my opinion kurt was murdered.
he had 3x the lethal limit of heroin in his system...there's no way he would have been able to even pick up a gun.
they didn't check his body for prints until a month after he was killed.
his "suicide" note looked more like a note saying he wanted to leave the band, and the last 4 lines are in a completely different handwriting.
and courtney love is psychotic. |
