 Here comes Vanessa Paradis' double Best Of, with its official tracklist ! Many fans are shocked : the song "Manolo Manolete" isn't included but many unreleased songs are. Discover it !
Here comes Vanessa Paradis' first Best Of, released on November 23. The double album includes rare songs & new ones like "Il Y A", written & composed by Gaétan Roussel (Louise Attaque & Alain Bashung), which video has been directed by Johnny Depp. There's also "Varvara Pavlovna", the B-side of "Joe Le Taxi", previously unreleased on CD... Not her second hit, wanted by fans, "Manolo Manolete" : should this song persecute the singer ? Remember, the French audience turned the song down, accusing the singer of liking corrida (it has been denied), the song was about the torero Manuel Rodriguez Sanchez. The song hasn't been included on Vanessa Paradis' first album M&J. Too bad. Songs not included are "Coupe-Coupe", "Mosquito", "L'Amour En Soi" & her songs from films, "Ma Pétroleuse" & "La Lune Brille Pour Toi" (from her films "Atomik Circus" & "Le Petit Poucet"). Neither her duet with Eric Serra, "Time To Get Your Lovin'", nor her version of "Le Tourbillon".
