This song is one the best of Elephant! Don't mind the nearly seven-and-a-half-minute length at all!!
This song has the most procative lyrics on the album and is quite straightforward on what goes on during "Ball and Biscuit"
* offtopic :
Little known fact, but the music was done first, then the words were added later (and possibly improvised)!

My first impression was "This has got to be the longest, most boring song ever recorded". Well, I was right that it is the longest song (by them) but It grew on me pretty quickly. Now it's one of my favorites. How does he play all those hiiiiiigh high squealy screechy notes? | 0 @ 12-10-2005 15:28 jazzybee | 82 posts
| Havn't heard this song yet N.B to self BUY ALBUM!
Early statements said Jack and Meg were of 10 kids, not 7. And the seventh son is meant to be the lucky talented one so maybe that's why he wrote about it here. |
