This is one of my favorite WT songs. I know it's over 7 minutes long, but I can't believe that no one has commented on it! I think that the lyrics are beautiful and I really love the melody, especially the bridge:
How can blood be your salvation,
and justify the pain that we have caused throughout the times
Will I learn what's truly sacred?
Will I redeem my soul?
Will truth set me free?
Sharon seems to sing this a lot better than a lot of her other songs. She sounds surprisingly good on the high vocal parts. If her voice had a slightly better tone to it, this song would be magnificent. |
